Ashley Stallings

Ashley Graham Stallings, 37, of Granite Falls passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born November 6th, 1985 she was the daughter of Gary Daniel Stallings and Margaret Dollar Stallings. Ashley had a great passion for the mountains and a deep love for animals. She lived for acting and directing in theater and enjoyed watching film and soap operas. She had a great appreciation for various genres of music. She will be greatly missed by all those who loved her.

In addition to her parents Ashley is survived by her sister Crystal Crump Reid and her two children Carter and Kylee Summerlin; and her brother Daniel Stallings and his three children Chase, Sylis, and Eben Stallings. Ashley also lives on in the hearts and minds of her aunts, uncles, cousins, and many beloved friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Dr. Dan Stallings, Ila Stallings, Violet Dollar, and Silas Dollar. Ashley was also preceded in death by her beloved Missy, Rusty, and Batman.

The memorial service will be 2:00 PM Saturday January 21, 2023 at First United Methodist Church of Granite Falls at 9 Lakeside Ave, Granite Falls, NC 28630.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the South Caldwell High School Band's DC Trip. This was an opportunity for youth that Ashley felt very strong about.

Caring Cremations staff is not involved in the memorial service at the church.
