Bekri Suliman

Bekri Mumme Suliman 70 of Hickory died Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at Carolina Caring Hospice House. He was born November 21st, 1951 in Ethiopia and after coming to America he settled in Hickory NC. He has attended Holy Trinity Lutheran Church for 40+ years. He received a degree in Applied Computer Science from CVTC in 1987. He retired from the banking industry, as well as Sears. He was employed by Mattress Firm for the last 6 years. He spent many of his afternoons in conversation with his friend Jim Camp. He had several special individuals in his life; Misty and Greg Weston, Adam Arthur, and Bradly McCurdy. He was loved and will be missed by all.

A Celebration of life will be held 5:00 pm Sunday July 31, 2022 in Trinity Chapel at Holy Trinity 547 6th St NW, Hickory, NC 28601

Burial will be Private at a later date.

Memorials may be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church memorial Fund 547 6th St NW, Hickory, NC 28601

Caring Cremations will not be involved at the church.
