Betty Jo Detter Suttles, 59, of Hickory passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born October 31st, 1963 she was the daughter of the late Pearlie Detter and Mildred Newton Detter.
She is survived by her spouse of over 30 years Bobby Suttles of the home; two sons Keith Detter of Gastonia and Steven Parker (Chelsea McGrew-Parker) of Hickory; two grandchildren Cadence "Cady" Parker and Silas Parker both of Hickory; an aunt and numerous cousins.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her infant daughter Heather Suttles; one sister Shirley Detter; two brothers Earl Detter and Guy Detter.
The private memorial service will be planned at a later date.
