Bobby Lee Hensley

Bobby Lee Hensley, 62, of Iron Station, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2026, at UNC Health Blue Ridge. Born December 29, 1963, he was the son of Joe Franklin Hensley and Patricia A. Newlin Hensley.

He is survived by his father, Joe Franklin Hensley, and his step-mother, Karma Hensley; his sister, Jennie Marie Hensley Brown (Brent); his brothers, Tony Lynn Hensley, Daniel James Hensley (Renee), and Tyler Joe Hensley; his step-brother, Dustin Vice; and his special friends, Kirk and Judy Lee.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia A. Newlin Hensley; his brother, Joe F. Hensley Jr.; and his step-brother, John Ryan Vice.

The family will have a celebration of life at a later date.
