Carol Ann Galli

April 26, 1948 — June 10, 2026

She is preceeded in death by both her parents, John Galli and Mary Stella Galli, as well as her first husband, Alfred Henry Vernillo, and her second husband, Eugene Joseph Ferguson.

Her one surviving daughter is Lisa Ann Staats, and Son-In-Law David Michael Staats.

She was a very kind, outgoing person, a bright light in this dark World. She strongly believed in Jesus Christ and was born again in 2022. She passed after a long battle with an intestinal blockage, and then surgery, that became a fatal rupture.

We have been blessed to have known her. Her presence has enriched our lives and souls. She will be greatly missed.

She enjoys reading the Bible, walking the dog and watching Family Feud on tv. She loves going to the Biltmore in Asheville, NC. The Gardens are her favorite place. She loves roses and rose bushes. They are her favorite flowers.

Her passing has left a great void in our hearts, and we can't wait to see her again... "O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord." 1 Corinthians 15:55-58. See you at the Resurrection Mom...
