Christopher Roy Painter

Christopher Roy Painter, 45, of Statesville, North Carolina, formerly of Kittanning, Pennsylvania, passed away Thursday, February 26, 2026. Born July 18, 1980, he was the son of Roy N. Painter and Carol J. (Cogley) Painter.

He is survived by his children, Timberland, C. Painter of Spokane, WA and Jocelyn L. Painter of Statesville, NC; his parents, Roy N. and Carol J. (Cogley) Painter of Catawba, NC; and his sisters, Sherry A. Hutchinson and Susan E. Painter both of Ford City, PA.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Ronald M. Painter Sr., his maternal grandparents, Marlin O. and Patricia A. Cogley; and his niece, Brieyonah M. Painter.

Services will be private. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Interment will take place at Cochran Cemetery in Templeton, Pennsylvania.
