David Dillow

Dr. David Dillow, 80, of Hickory, NC, passed away 2024.

David was born to Harold and Amelia Dillow in Michigan. He finished at the top of his class at Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine to earn his D.D.S. and then completed his Dental Residency in the United States Army before moving to Hickory, NC where he was an avid tennis player, ski racer, sailor, and outdoorsman. He was also a member of Kiwanis and served as President of the Catawba Valley Ski Club.

David is survived by his wife Linda Dillow; his children Chris and Amber Dillow; as well as siblings Patricia Dillow Wagner, Kathryn Dillow McWhirk, and Bobby Dillow.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, May 18, 2025, in Hickory, NC, at the Episcopal Church of Ascension.
