David Harbert

David Michael Harbert passed away on October 1, 2024, in Sherrills Ford, NC. David was born in the Cleveland Ohio area on April 18, 1966. He graduated from Kettering Fairmont High School in 1984. His career in welding and metal fabrication led him to North Carolina where he worked for several race teams. Davey's work ethic and sense of humor were an asset.

Dave is survived by his mother H. Patricia Harbert; two brothers Timothy Harbert and Matthew Harbert (Lori); a sister Deborah Fiedeldey; three nephews Joseph Chirico, Nicholas Fiedeldey, and Nathan Alex; three nieces Sarah Fiedeldey, Adia Harbert, and Lindsey Alex; and a great-niece Eleanor Alex.

He is preceded in death by his father Neil Allen Harbert.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in David's name to the American Diabetes Association or The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention .
