Deborah Lynn Siwik

Deborah Lynn Siwik, 75, of Hickory passed away Saturday, January 3, 2026 at Forsyth Medical Center. Born September 26th, 1950, she was the daughter of David Sullam and Jean Libby Sullam.

She is survived by her husband, Jozef Siwik; her son, Keith; her brothers, Barry and his wife, Donna, Wayne, and David; her sisters, Robin and Callie; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Jean Sullam.
