Faye Mitchell, 73, of Hickory passed away Sunday, May 15, 2022 at Carolina Caring Hospice House. Born January 9th, 1949 in Hawkins County, Tennessee at home to her wonderful parents Joseph and Mary Jean Mitchell.
Those left to mourn her loss are her only son Anthony and wife Kellie Bishop of Connelly Springs; two grandsons Bradley Bishop of Bean Station, Tennessee and Lucas Bishop of Connelly Springs; two sisters Betty Archer of Hickory and Barbara Bowers of Mooresburg Tennessee; her closet and dearest friends Mitzy Burgess of Hickory and Vickie Jones of Knoxville, Tennessee; and many other friends and family members who she loved dearly.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by two sisters Jeane Mitchell Archer and Kaye Mitchell Brown; and three brothers Charles Mitchell, William "Bill" Mitchell, and Lloyd "Joe" Mitchell.
The family will honor Faye's last wish by taking her home to Tennessee.
