Jacob Jeffery Zeren

Jacob Jeffery Zeren, age 46, of Terrell, North Carolina, passed away on December 24, 2025.

Born on June 7, 1979, Jacob was a loving parent, a loyal friend, and someone who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He especially loved fishing, working with RC cars, and could often be found tinkering with his beloved Datsun, always improving, fixing, or personalizing it. Jacob had a curious mind and a hands-on spirit, and he took pride in creating, repairing, and understanding how things worked. He lived and spent a significant amount of time in Maui, which held a special place in his life.

Above all else, Jacob cherished his children and the time he spent with those he loved. He will be remembered for his devotion as a parent, his steady presence as a friend, and his genuine, down-to-earth nature.

Jacob is survived by his son, Jeffery Zeren; his daughter, Makena Zeren; his mother, Krista Taylor; his sister, Elizabeth Zeren; and his nieces, Samantha and Nohea. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will miss him deeply.

Jacob’s memory will live on through the lives he touched and the love he shared.
