Janet Marie Peters, 73, of Hickory passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at Carolina Caring Catawba Valley Hospice House. Born December 22nd, 1949 she was the daughter of Walter Krochmal and Margaret Rock Krochmal.
She is survived by her husband Teddy Peters of the home; a daughter Kim Natterer (Jeff) of Ohio; a son Scott Allen Peters of Hickory; two granddaughters Nicole Rhoades (Josh Eckerman) of Ohio and Allison Kish (Bennett) of Ohio; a sister Stacy Miller (Tom) of Sanford; a brother Michael Krochmal (Shelley) of Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers Gregory Krochmal, Dennis Krochmal, and Ronald Krochmal.
There will be a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Fresh Oil Ministry 1163 South Center Street, Hickory, NC 28602 with Michael Whittington officiating. There will a light lunch provided immediately following the service. Condolences for the family may be sent to 1667 South Center Street, Hickory, NC 28602.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society
