Jean Carolyn Parham McKee

Jean Carolyn Parham McKee, 80, of Maiden, passed away Saturday, December 20, 2025, at her home. Born October 12th, 1945, she was the daughter of the late William B. Parham and Rosa Parham. She was beautiful both inside and out—a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose generosity touched everyone she met. Adventurous and full of life, she joyfully kept pace with her husband and boys through motorcycling, water skiing, scuba diving, biking, and even skateboarding. She also loved playing golf and bridge, and treasured time boating through the Caribbean with her husband and friends. Her beautiful soul will be forever missed, and all who knew her were truly blessed.

She is survived by her husband, George C. McKee of Maiden, NC; her sons, Cliff McKee (Adrianne) of Mooresville, NC, and Chris McKee (Tracey) of Huntersville, NC; her grandchildren, Trey McKee (Sarah), Bailey McKee (Meaghan), Addison McKee, and Meredith McKee; her great grandchildren, Skylar McKee and Maeve McKee; and her sister-in-law, Carol Moss.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Bill Parham and Randy Parham.

The family invites friends and loved ones to join them for a casual celebration of Jean’s life, filled with stories, laughter, and time together, on Saturday, January 10, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at The Venues at Langtree, 554 Langtree Rd., Mooresville, NC 28117.
