Justin Scott Harvell, 37, of Maiden passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at Atrium Health Pineville. Born June 26th, 1985 he was the son of Reginald Walter Harvell and Susan Thomas Morton.
Justin is survived by his mother Susan Morton of Maiden and stepfather Allen Morton of Vale; his father and stepmother Reginald and Rebecca Harvell of Maiden; two brothers Aaron Harvell of Mountain View and Anderw Harvell of Maiden; two nephews Treadon and Austin Harvell both of Mountain View; an aunt and uncle Jackie and Teresa Harvell of Maiden; four cousins Shannon Watts, Joshua Kale, Whitney Story, and Daniel Beard; and two stepbrothers Josh and Jake Canady.
He was preceded in death by a stepbrother Dustin Morton; his grandparents James and Mildred Thomas, Fostina Thomas, and Earnest and Mary Harvell; an uncle Gary Harvell; and a sister-in-law Santana Edwards.
The family is planning a Celebration of Life at a later date.
