Nicole Scovell

Nicole Leanne Scovell, aged 43, of Princeton, New Jersey, passed away on June 10, 2024, in Ronda, North Carolina. She was born on September 21, 1980. Nicole was a loving mother survived by her 5 children: Cassidy Caitlyn Bkrong (nee Murphy) and husband Phai Bkrong, Madison Caroline Murphy, Frankie Aiden Gomez, Cristian Cruz Castellanos, and Ava Elizabeth Castellanos. She was also expecting her first grandchild. Nicole is preceded in death by her father, Terence Joseph Scovell, and is survived by her mother, Shirley Nachman Scovell, and siblings: Teri Lynn Scovell, Monica Scovell (husband Josh Sherrick), Terence Scovell Jr, and Steven Scovell. She is also remembered by three nieces and one nephew.

Nicole was a hardworking and fun-loving person. She spent two decades working in the family business, "The Fruit Shack" in Graham/Haw River, North Carolina, and most recently worked in a family business with online sales. In addition to her business endeavors, Nicole held a nursing degree and worked as an occupational therapist with children.

In her leisure time, Nicole enjoyed taking her children to nature trails and waterfalls, fostering a love for the outdoors. Her active involvement in her children's lives reflected her caring and nurturing nature.

Nicole Leanne Scovell will be dearly missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
