Paul Shook

Paul Michael Shook 54 of Maiden passed away Thursday, October 6, 2022, at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born September 19th, 1968, he was the son of the late Paul Michael Shook and Elizabeth Irene Shook.

Michael had a deep love for his friends and family and will always be remembered as the family comedian. Even on his hardest days he could always make people laugh. He will surely be missed by his family and the smiles that he put on their faces.

The loved ones that survive him are his grandmother Betty May Isenhour of Conover; his three siblings Laurie Helton (Alvie) of Maiden, Carrie Adkins of Claremont, and Jessie Shook of Claremont; six nieces and nephews Cody Swink of Hudson, Corey Shook of Hickory, Alexis Adkins of Vale, Haley Adkins of Claremont, Savannah Adkins of Claremont, and Hannah Adkins of Claremont.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandparents Paul Richard Isenhour, Pearline Shook and Garland Ray Shook as well as several uncles.

The celebration of life will be 11am Friday, October 14, at Bethel Lutheran Church located at 5759 Bolick Rd. Claremont, NC.

Caring Cremations staff is not involved in the memorial service at the church.
