Paul Toler

Paul Keith Toler, 68, of Connelly Springs passed away Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Amorem Hospice in Valdese. Born July 3rd, 1954 he was the son of the late Clarence Paul Toler and Ida Pruett Toler. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He loved his family, traveling, and the mountains. He will be greatly missed by all those who loved him.

He is survived by two daughters Tonya Horton (Keith) and Katelin Clark (Preston) both of North Carolina; three sons Jeremy Toler (Ashley), Josh Toler (Madison), Kyle Toler (Amanda) all of North Carolina; seven sisters Erma Toler of West Virginia, Tona Keeling (Randy) of Virginia, Rita Helbig (Doug) of West Virginia, Sherry Pittman (Dean) of North Carolina, Lisa Bunner (Sam) of West Virginia, Heidi Ewing (Jeff) of North Carolina, and Sonia Giles (Steve) of North Carolina; four brothers Kyle Toler (Teresa) of North Carolina, Kevin Toler (Julie) of North Carolina, Kent Toler (Patty) of North Carolina, and Stan Toler of North Carolina; fourteen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Betty Jean Toler and son Jason Keith Toler.

The memorial service will be at 2:00 PM on Monday May 8th, 2023 at True Gospel Interdenominational Church at 511 Wilson Street, Stanley, NC 28164. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 PM until the service at 2:00 PM.
