Paula Rice

Paula Linda Bunch Rice, 62, of Shelby passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Caldwell Memorial Hospital. Born May 3rd, 1960 she was the daughter of the late Frank Bunch and Helen Bunch. She was strong-willed but a good woman. She will be greatly missed by all those who loved her.

She is survived by her two daughters Mary Mace (Waylon) of Connelly Springs and Nevaeh Guffey; four sons Jerry Nelson (Megan) of Pageland, Terry Bunch, Jeremiah Bunch (Renee) of Lenoir, and Joshua Bunch (Amy) of Asheboro; eight granddaughters and twelve grandsons; three sisters; and three brothers.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband and father of her children Howard Rice; and her second husband Scott McGinnis.
