Rachel Moreira

Rachel Moreira, 84, of Lincolnton passed away Sunday, August 4, 2024, at her home. Born June 15th, 1940 in Astoria Queens New York. She was the daughter of Julio de la Rosa and Isabel de la Rosa.

Rachel was a selfless woman and completely devoted to her family her entire life. She was loved by her family and many friends. May she be at peace with our Lord and Savior.

She is survived by her son Julio Moreira of Miami, FL and son-in-law Ramon Gonzalez of Lincolnton, NC and her daughter Patty Dozier Moreira and son-in-law Doug Dozier both of Huntersville; two grandsons Christopher Ritter-Garcia and wife Georganna of Cary, NC and David Garcia and partner Haley Wilkins both of Raleigh, NC; and a sister Susan Wells of Riverside, CA.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her younger brother Julio de la Rosa.
