Scottie Ammons

Scottie Allen Ammons, 50, of Connelly Springs passed away Sunday, April 3, 2022 at Amorem Hospice in Hudson. Born April 29th, 1971 he was the son of the late David Ammons and Barbara Briggs Ammons.

He is survived by a daughter Kayla Kelsey of Fairfield CA; two sons Cory Ammons of Connelly Springs and Trey Byrd (Sierra) of Connelly Springs; a granddaughter Emma Byrd of Connelly Springs; a new grandson Mason Levi Kelsey of Fairfield CA; two brothers Richard Ammons (Melainie) of Hickory and Doil Ammons (Tammy) of Granite Falls; a niece Paige Sigmon (Chris) of Hickory; a nephew Caleb Ammons of Kernersville; and a great-niece and nephew Addisyn and Liam Sigmon.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a nephew Zachary Ammons.

The memorial service will be 3:00 pm Wednesday, April 13th, 2022 at the Celebration Center of Jenkins Funeral Home with Pastor Keith Hardin officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service from 2:00 pm-3:00 pm.
