Theresa Bramwell

Theresa Elizabeth Lacombe Bramwell, 84, of Hickory passed away Thursday, September 29, 2022 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born October 28th, 1937 she was the daughter of the late Adolph and Lydia LaCombe. She was passionate, caring, kind, and would always go the extra mile for anyone. She enjoyed cooking, napping, and her TV shows such as Two and Half Men. She kept herself busy with keeping everything beautifully decorated, pristine, and immaculate. The pride she took in everything she did also showed in her career as a long time sales associate at Sears Department store where she was nominated for numerous awards including the District Choice Team. Her family was so special to her and she always did her best to keep up with her family that lived out of town. She was very religious and never missed her nightly prayers; she made sure that her children made it to church and knew their values. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile and being a loving and wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother who never missed an opportunity to spoil them; with their dad she provided the best childhood for both Wendy and Wayne.

She is survived by her daughter Wendy Heim (Ray) of Harwinton, CT; a son Wayne Bramwell (Sherry) of Hickory, NC; four grandchildren Raymond Heim, Janelle "Darling" Heim, Brittany Bramwell, and Cross Bramwell; four nieces Cindy Supernaut, Cathy Rogers, Christine Rogers, and Cheryl Jackson; a nephew Randy Souza; and numerous cousins.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Bramwell; two sisters Joan Rogers and Jean Souza; a nephew Brent Bramwell, and a great-nephew Neil Bramwell.

The family is planning a service in the Summer of 2024 in Massachusetts.
