Timothy Jay Wilkins

Timothy Jay Wilkins, 68, of Hickory, passed away Friday, August 15, 2025, at his home. Born January 11, 1957, he was the son of the late Edward Curn Wilkins and Doris Wilkins.

Timothy loved spending time with his family. He treated everyone with kindness and valued each person equally. He especially cherished his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought him great joy.

He is survived by his daughters, Melissa Pickelsimer (Anthony), Keisha Wilkins (Aaron Hedrick), Jessica Wilkins, Monica Peyton (John), and Ericka Wilkins; his sons, Gary Wilkins (Maria Hodges) and Gerald Wilkins; along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Winslow, and his son, TJay Wilkins.
